Roll the ear plugs for a longer time to ensure they are completely warmed up. This enhances their stickiness/softness and helps them mold better to your ear.

Discomfort usually means the earplugs are inserted too deeply or pressed too hard. They should sit comfortably at the opening of the ear canal, not pushed deep inside. If you feel pressure or pain, remove them, rest your ears, and re-mold before trying again.

Use a wipe or towel to dry your ears. By reshaping the ear plug slightly can improve the seal. Try making it a bit more flattened to fit your ear canal better.

Wash your moldable earplugs with mild soap and warm water after each use, then let them air dry completely. Store them in the included case to keep them dust-free. With proper care, a pair typically lasts several months of regular use.

For hygiene reasons, we don’t recommend sharing earplugs — they sit inside your ear canal and can transfer bacteria. If you’ve just received them as a gift and they don’t fit, our return and exchange policy has you covered.
