Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the warranty coverage provided by VEGPOET (“Company”) for its products. By availing of our products and services, you (“Customer”) agree to adhere to the terms set forth herein.

  1. Lifetime Warranty:

The Company warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the product’s life, as determined by the Company.

  1. Warranty Activation

Activation Period: The Lifetime Warranty can only be claimed after at least 15 days have passed since the order date.

Warranty Registration: The product must be registered within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for the Lifetime Warranty.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim.

  1. Warranty Coverage:

Under this Policy, the Company shall, at its sole discretion, provide free replacement or issue a full refund for any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

  1. Warranty Exclusions:

This Warranty shall not apply to:

Damage resulting from intentional misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product.

Normal wear and tear incurred through regular use.

Damage to packaging or non-product components.

Warranty claims made without proper activation as per Company’s procedures.

In the event of a warranty claim, the Customer must:

Submit supporting evidence such as images or videos demonstrating the defect.

Evaluate the validity of warranty claims and determine whether they fall within the scope of this Policy.

Make the final decision regarding the resolution of warranty claims.

  1. Warranty Activation:

The Customer must activate the warranty service through the Company’s official channels before submitting any warranty claims.

  1. General Provisions:

This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding warranty coverage and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

By availing of the Company’s products and services, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Warranty Policy.
